Choosing Crottison was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding

From the very first message, Jordan was incredible. His replies were prompt every time and never once made us feel like a burden. Every question we had was answered with care, detail and genuine enthusiasm. Very early on we realised we were in the hands of someone who truly loves what he does. His professionalism, kindness and knowledge gave us complete confidence before the big day even arrived.

On the day, Nicole and Jordan were unbelievable. My wife and I are not naturals in front of a camera, but they created an environment where we could just be ourselves. Their presence was calming and reassuring and most of the time we forgot a camera was even there!

Nicole captured moments so quietly and beautifully while Jordan supported us throughout the entire day. They helped keep the day running smoothly and were constantly sharing little tips to help everything look and feel perfect. By the end of the day it genuinely felt like they were our mates by our side. We felt cared for, supported and completely at ease.

We received a preview the very next day and we were blown away. It was emotional, thoughtful and put together so perfectly that we watched it a hundred times over. Our full wedding film was everything we hoped for and so much more. They were able to capture the soul of our day to a tee. The atmosphere, the joy, the energy and the unique feel of our relationship were all woven into the video with such intention and heart. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Jordan made me feel so incredibly comfortable, beautiful and honestly like a model at some points, I had my hype girls there with me but Jordan was my number one hype man for the morning and really brought me out of my funk.

Jordan and Nicole, legends! These two are the GOATS! From the first discussions Jordan has been the most prompt, effective communicator on our vendor team. Both Jordan and Nicole's personalities allowed us to feel confident leading into the wedding and comfortable at the wedding. We and our guest found them to be energetic, outcome focused and having them there felt like guests rather than vendors. Sneak peaks were delivered less than 12 HOURS after the wedding.

Jordan was exceptional as our wedding photographer. The consultation was relaxed and productive. He gave us some great pointers for the day and even helped us with the order of events!!

Jordan was super efficient on the day, particularly with the group photos. His wife Nicole is also a delight, who was there filming. She helped out a lot with the photos - it was a pleasure to have her there. Jordan is very relaxed, has great energy, goes with the flow, directed us really well and knew the right spots to get the most beautiful photos. He provided a preview of our gorgeous photos not long after the wedding day which allowed us to share and enjoy the photos so soon after the wedding. He also had umbrellas ready to go when it started raining and tissues when I got a leech on my foot (ha ha).

They got more than 100 photos to us less than 12 hours after the event which was so unexpected and they also gave us a beautiful personalised bag with Polaroids from our day.
