Their communication and organisation from the very beginning was incredible and we feel like they went above and beyond to make our day magical. We received so many photos the day after our wedding which was very much appreciated so that we could share our memories with our loved ones. Jordan is by far the most organised business of any photographer that we enquired with, or of any vendor for that matter. He was always quick to reply to emails, invoice reminders and receipts were automated (so helpful!), zoom meetings with AI summaries meant we were all on the same page. The Behind The Scenes video on the website helped us know what to expect, but even without that, there was never an awkward moment working with Jordan & Nicole - both super easy to talk to, and everyone instantly felt comfortable with them. Then there's the actual photos, not only were sneak peak photos from our engagement shoot & wedding day both delivered sooner than anticipated, there was also plenty of them, and they were absolute magic - such beautiful photos.
Expectations were exceeded at every possible point, I couldn't have hoped for a better photographer - would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants a seamless and oustanding experience!
