Glenworth Valley holds a truly special place in our hearts. Long before we were capturing weddings across the Central Coast as a husband-and-wife team, we were camping in this very valley every year. Returning here to shoot a wedding feels like blending our personal love for the landscape with our passion for creating visual stories.

Beyond its wild, pristine beauty, Glenworth Valley serves up some of the absolute best wedding catering on the Central Coast—making it a top-tier choice for couples who want world-class views paired with an incredible guest experience.

Renee and Josh’s wedding was a masterclass in high-energy celebration, deep emotional vows, and unforgettable moments.

Logistics & Getting Ready: Eco Cabins to the Mountain Lookout

Renee and Josh kicked off their morning just five minutes away in the Glenworth Valley Eco Cabins. Nestled right in the bushland, these cabins provide a private, peaceful environment for bridal and groom prep.

  • Logistics Tip for Couples: Because the property spans thousands of acres, you will need to organize dedicated transport (or assign a designated driver) to move your wedding party smoothly from the Eco Cabins down to the ceremony and reception sites.

Their emotional ceremony took place high above the valley floor at The Lookout. Set against dramatic mountain views and framed by natural sandstone seating, it provided a breathtaking backdrop as Renee and Josh exchanged vows.

Unrivaled Photo Locations & The Iconic "Running of the Horses"

Once the ceremony concluded, Glenworth Valley’s event team whisked us, the couple, and the bridal party across the massive property in their 4WD Landcruiser. Having dedicated venue transport allows us to reach rugged, pristine photo spots quickly without walking miles in formal shoes.

The absolute showstopper of the day was an experience unique to this venue: The Running of the Horses.

At the end of the day, when the venue's herd finishes work, dozens of horses are released to run free through the open pastures. Capturing Renee and Josh embracing in the middle of the field with a thundering herd of horses running past in the background made for a cinematic photo and video moment that few venues in Australia can replicate.

High-Energy Reception & Rapid Next-Day Previews

As the evening set in, the party moved down into the main Glenworth Valley Events Centre. Featuring sweeping floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the reception room keeps the magnificent wilderness front and center while guests enjoy dinner and dancing.

With Nicole filming the live audio, speeches, and dance floor energy on video, and Jordan capturing every static moment, Renee and Josh received complete, double-perspective coverage.

To top off an incredible day, they woke up the very next morning to a massive 100-photo sneak peek gallery.

"From the first video call with Crottison, we knew we made the right choice. Communication and organisation was a testament to their professionalism. The day ran so smoothly and we wouldn’t change a thing! They made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera and were our hype in the background. The day following the wedding we woke up to 100 photos in our highlight album and were totally blown away with every single photo... We could not recommend team Crottison enough for making our day flawless!"Renee & Josh, The Couple
